Iran’s FM to visit Kabul

According to reports, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Jawad Zarif is scheduled to visit Kabul next week to sign strategic cooperation agreements with Afghanistan.
The two neighboring countries, Afghanistan and Iran have sought to open a new chapter in their relationships.
Spokesman for the Iranian foreign ministry, Marzia Afkham said, “A document, aimed at comprehensive development of cooperation and relations between the two countries, is being prepared.”
President Ashraf Ghani is also scheduled to visit Tehran in the near future.
