Justice Will be Ensured: Ghani
He said, “it’s the message of our religion that Justice is maintained, no voice will remain without respond, those who commit crimes will be executed, do not become disappointed.”
Insisting to go forward President Ghani declared that reformation of the Justice- Judicial departments, growing of the civil society and media as big achievements of his Government.
“Government is responsible to respond, based on the bitter experiences, we do not want to go backward, We do not have to mark the memorial days,” President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani said.
Meanwhile human rights independent commission in Afghanistan criticized some of the Governmental figures for misusing their titles and authority.
Chairwoman of human rights independent commission in Afghanistan Sima Samar said, “Unfortunately some of the high and low governmental rankings in districts and villages are misusing their tittles and authorities, who underestimate the existed laws and provoke concerns, and it also improve the culture impunity.”
Former National security advisor Rangin Dadfar Spanta insisted that we do not have to forget the law breakers.
He said, “ We need to pursue to exempt and prefer coexistence, from the other hand avoid taking revenge, in the middle we do not have to forget the law breakers, and avoid wide spreading the violence within the Universities, common life and even into Human rights independent commission and Governmental departments.”
The United Nation Organizations envoy for Afghanistan pernille Dahle Kardel in Afghanistan significantly criticized the recent violence in the country.
She said, “ We have also seen significant level of violence against Human rights defenders broadly from UNAMA side, and I have to say we monitor we met what we know that doesn’t mean complete picture.”
Meanwhile the European Union Ambassador to Afghanistan Franz-Michael Mellbin declared strengthening of the Human rights defenders voices will benefit human rights.
He said, “ We have weak justice system and legal system institutions that are in a very bad shape to actually effectively defend human rights defenders and we have also people who are none state actors, try to violate basic human rights, but also those human rights defenders, so it will be a struggle a continue struggle to get things to progress this country, European Union will stand on the side of human rights in each and every Afghans will stand on the side of the human rights of defenders in the country, who try to give voice to victims, who try to talk about the crimes that are being committed.”
The statements and remarks were made that Ahmad Ishchi the former Governor of Jawzjan accused First Vice president Gen, Abdul Rashid Dostum and his body guards for sexually assault.
