Meshrano Jirga Shuts Door Until Coming Wednesday

Upper house of the parliament in protest on insecurity specially the bloody war took place in Jalriz district of Maidan Wardak where dozens of Afghan local police forces were killed, after Taliban raided the following district has shut the door to Meshrano Jirga until coming Wednesday.

Senators in the house of parliament have condemned the security officials and Government for not deploying more supportive security forces to save those local police forces life fighting against Taliban within 52 hours.

Fazel Hadi Muslimyar senate chairman also said,” neglects committed no doubt about it,earlier the security officials and Government have neglected on Badakhshan, Helmand, Nangarhar and other provinces where scores of Afghan National Security forces were beheaded, killed, or arrested by Afghanistan’s enemies.

He said,” that any response from government in this regard is not acceptable mainly because of two reasons ,The first reason is that the area is close to Kabul and second because the attack did not last for an hour or two but it continued for 48 to 52 hours and security forces on the ground did not receive additional support.

The concerns come after that President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani set to visit Jaliz district and conduct investigation over the massacre of Afghan local police forces.
