Ministers Council approves budget for the upcoming fiscal year
On Monday session of Ministers Council headed by the Chief Executive Officer, Abdullah Abdullah the budget for the solar calendar 1394 was approved.
According to the statistic reports the budget ceiling for the fiscal year 1394 is estimated 422 billion Afghani which includes 282 billion ordinary budget and 140 billion developmental budget which shows the government budget deficit equal to 10.4 billion Afs in the upcoming fiscal year.
He stated, we are struggling to increase the percent of the country’s Gross Domestic Product than the previous years.
In addition, the Afghan cabinet expressed their concern regarding the suicide attacks carried out recently in the city especially at Kabul Police HQ Office.
Abdullah further directed the sectorial ministries to prepare plans in order to prevent the rising of food and fuel prices during the winter.
