MPW signs contract to construct six bridges
The Ministry of Public Work (MPW) signed contract with private companies to construct six bridges.
While signing the contract, the minister of Public Work emphasized on the quality and speed of the implementation of the project.
The six bridges will construct at a cost of 230 million Afghanis by the government in Baghlan and Khost provinces.
“The project should be completed in one year and four months,” Sayed Mahmod Baligh, minister of Public Work said.
Baligh noted that insecurity and lack of money are not serious problems for implementation of the project.
“In cooperation of local people the private companies are obliged to construct the bridges on time,” Baligh added.
He also called the private companies to pay serious attention on the quality and speed of the work.
