Pakistani military tries to transfer the Quetta council in Helmand province of Afghanistan, said Helmand’s police commander.

Abdul Rahman Sar Jang, Helmand’s police commander emphasizes that the Pakistani military have moved its troops to Helmand province and fight against Afghan forces.

Sar Jang considers Pakistan’s military the main cause of the war raging in Helmand province.

“Pakistan has decided to transfer the Quetta council to Helmand and collapse the province,” said Helmand police commander.

Helmand’s provincial council says that Afghan troops have repeatedly seen Pakistani soldiers in battle ground; citing a large number of top commanders of the Quetta council have taken refuge in violate parts of Helmand.

Meanwhile, National Defense Ministry warned that Afghan troops will use all facilities against the armed terrorist groups to suppress them.

Pakistan has mastered the art of pretending to help Afghanistan while actually supporting its most deadly foes.

The Pakistani army has been described as the “Godfather” of the Taliban. That might understate its influence.

Pakistan was the base for the American-supported mujahedeen as they battled the Soviet Union in the 1980s.

After the Soviet Union retreated from Afghanistan in 1989, the United States withdrew almost as quickly, and Pakistan entered that strategic void.
