Presidential Proclamation gives longer life to Lower House

 Lower house of the parliament activities is now depended to presidential proclamation.

Head of the lower house of the parliament Abdul Rauf Ibrahimi said,” based on the presidential proclamation the parliamentary Election date will be determined in coming one month ahead, further discussion is a waste of time.”

A number of the lawmakers in the house have said,” the presidential proclamation over renewing missions for members of the house is against the law,based on the law the 21th June is the last day for lower house of the parliament activities.”

Shukria barakzai said,” the presidential proclamation is against the Afghanistan constitution.”

Ramazan Bashardost said,” I understand there is deal behind it that means signing the security treaty, voting for Ministers, and conditions for signing the Iran- Pakistan.”

During a press conference one of the Mps in the house Baktash Seiawash said,” based on the law the activity period for members of the lower house will be ended tomorrow, I will work free of charge for my clients.”

Law makers in the lower house of the parliament has approved 180 law drafts, dozens of Ministers were summoned.

First secretary of the house Urfanullah Urfan said,” we are not satisfied what we had promised to the Nation in the past two periods of activities.”

According the Afghanistan constitution the 16^th period of activities for the lower house of the parliament will be ended on 21 of June 2015,the following periods has had a lot of ups and downs,but based on the presidential proclamation their activities has been extended till the parliamentary Election begins.
