Second 100 days of MoRRD completed successfully: Minister

Nasir Ahmad Durani, Afghan Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development affairs said on Tuesday that the ministry has successfully completed the second 100 days action plans.
“I have fulfilled my commitments to the people of Afghanistan during the second hundred days of my employment. I could implement my promises and projects and will struggle to implement the future plans,” Durrani said.
According to minister Durani, they have completed more than 2,800 projects which is more than the determined target.
he says reforms in local governance, capacity building of local councils, implementation of projects with top priorities, transfer of local councils to the provincial administrations and support of the local industries are among the plans the ministry has fulfilled during the second 100 days.
Durrani determined the cost of the implement projects during the second hundred days about $93 million.
