Second Trail of Farkhunda with Participation of Police Forces Held

Second trail of Farkhunda was held with the participation a number of police forces whom were accused neglecting their duties while Farkhunda has been brutally killed by group persons in Shahedoshamshira shrine of Kabul city some weeks ago.

Some of the police officials whom were accused neglecting their duties have declared Farkhunda trial political.

They have insisted that after demanding reserve forces to control the situation demanded, the following forces arrived in the area after 40 minutes.

Meanwhile a number Mps and members of the investigation committee and family members of the accused persons criticized the way of trials held.

Kabul Police chief Abdul Rahman Rahimi said,” there are some persons by interfering and accusing me trying to provoke insecurity of Kabul and damage the National interest and sovereignty of the country.”

Fawzai Kofi the member of the parliament said,” the trial should be judged away from any other issues that mean is the Afghanistan laws should fully respected.

Family member of an accused person called the following trailing political and unfair.

In the statements comes that an Arab National has been arrested on the day where Farkhunda has been killed but Kabul police chief has released him after someday,but later he was found that he is from Afghanistan having Arab passport along.

The documents which the Arab-Afghan National presented to the Judge weren’t sufficient the Judge has ordered him to be arrested.

During the trail it was said that the following person had been in custody 48 hours after Farkhunda’s death, he was released with no documents indicating his involvements on Farkhunda case.

Kabul criminal investigation commander Gen Zahir Zahir said,” He demanded the Judge to have sympathy over Police cases.”

Judge also ordered the other two police forces working in second precinct the trail ended with no decision.
