Senators Express Concerns on Recent Insecurity in Afghanistan

Senators in the upper house of the parliament have expressed their deepest concerns on falling of Juand district of Faryab Province under the Taliban control and increasing of insecurity in other parts of the country.

They have demanded the Government to adopt necessary security measurements for ensuring security for the country.

Both house in the parliament have demanded the Government to introduce Governors for the provinces which are being led by the acting Governors .

Senator Daud Ghafari said,” insecurity escalated National Unity Government doesn’t draw attention to it Juand district is being controlled by Taliban, Government should introduce Governors and Defense Minister.”

Other members of the upper house Nisar Haris said,” Government should respect Nation blood.”

Head of the upper house Fazil Hadi Muslimyar said,” the current insecurity raises our concerns , we admire Afghan National security forces efforts for retaking Nawa district from Taliban’s hand but it’s a miserable to hear that Juand district is being controlled by Taliban, we demand the Government to adopt necessary security measurements to retake the following district.”

But other senators have criticized the Government performances.

Najiba Mustafazada said,” the Government should think honestly about the National interests, Afghans are board of the current situation.”

Having no Governors, increasing of insecurity and corruptions within the provinces rocks, if they cant do it let the Government be led by the Nation senator Qais wakili said.

Insecurity has raised the concerns of the Nations and both houses members at the parliament of Afghanistan,but officials have claimed that Afghan National Security forces are capable and could defeat the country.
