Foreign Office spokesperson Tahir Andrabi said any such mechanism must be supported by “tangible actions rather than mere assurances.”
He also stressed that the Islamic Emirate remains committed to preventing Afghan territory from being used to threaten the security of any other country.
This latest meeting is expected to finalize that mechanism and outline steps for the full implementation of the truce.
