UK donates £1 million to Afghanistan

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Aid (OCHA) has announced that Britain has donated 1 million pounds, equivalent to US$1.3 million, to the Afghanistan Humanitarian Fund.
OCHA thanked Britain for this help on X Thursday.
Earlier, Britain donated more than $36 million to Afghanistan.
