Upper House Approves 1394 Budget Fiscal Year

Upper house of the parliament has approved the budget for 1394 fiscal year after long discussion made in the house on Tuesday.

Deputy Head of the senate said, “the following budget is unfair and unbalanced it needs some reformation, consultancy and advises of the senators for better working.”

Senator Zalimay Zabuli has criticized the allocated budget for the mentioned provinces,saying one of the districts in Samangan Province is badly in need of usable water they should provide pipe from 40 kilo meter to water their area.”

The other senator Ali Akbar Jamshidi has called the following budget unfair and unbalanced because the basic needs and serious challenges of the Afghan Nation has been ignored.

1394 budget is 458 billion Afghani which was sent to upper house for more consultancies

Head of the economy committee of senate house Mohammad Din Hamdard said,” Government can’t consider on advices from the upper house in the budget of 1394.

Deputy head of the house Mohammad Alam Izadyar stated that despite of the unfair and unbalanced budget the Head of the Government should allocate some amount of money saved in the Government treasures for those provinces which are in need.

The issue comes after the National budget for the year of 1394 is financially supported 29% from the internal sources, and 71% from foreign sources.
