An explosion has been reported in northwestern Faryab on Thursday, leaving 1 person dead and 20 others injured, officials said.
The explosion has taken place in Maimana city, central of Faryab province.
Security officials have said nothing so far.
No group has claimed responsibility for the incident yet.
