3 local police killed in Laghman blast

An explosion occurred Thursday morning in Tor Ragha area of Badpekh district of Laghman province, said spokesman of Laghman governor.
Spokesman of Laghman governor, Sarhadi Zowak said that including a local police commander, 3 local policemen were killed and 4 others were wounded.
The armed Taliban has not claimed for the explosion so far.
