8 local police killed by armed oppositions in Takhar

At least 8 Afghan local police killed by armed oppositions of the government early Thursday, spokesman of head of Takhar province said.
Senatullah Teymouri, spokesman of head of Takhar said, “The incident took place while Afghan soldiers were on the way to Pule Momen area of Darwaza kam village of Khawja Gharabsoy district of Takhar.”
He added that four of Afghan soldiers were shot down by the armed Taliban group.
Teymouri noted that two national police and a police commander were also among the killed.
