Abdullah introduces Norulhaq Ulomi as interior minister

The chief of executive officer, Abdullah Abdullah introduced the new interior minister, Norulhaq Ulomi on Monday.
During the introduction of new interior minister, Abdullah emphasized that insecurity in Afghanistan has domestic and foreign sources which needs to be addressed with appropriate solutions.
He added that brining reforms to police institutions is the priority of the national unity government.
“The government of national unity supports reforms which has an important role in bringing security, rule of law and improve the lives of people.” CEO noted.
Meanwhile, the new interior minister stressed on a new strategy to wipe out challenges in the country.
Norulhaq Ulomi, interior minister said, “We will work on a new strategy to bring security, implementing the rule of law.”
Norulhaq Ulomi, the interior minister received 131 votes of confidence from representatives in Wolesi Jirga.
