Afghan Special Forces performs night raid operations successfully: MoD

MoD Officials declare that end of NATO combat mission in Afghanistan has no negative impact in the country stability and currently ANA Special forces are performing all night raid operations successfully by themselves.

Gen. Sayed Abdul Karim, the commander of ANA Special Operations Command (ANASOC) told to Ariana News that Afghan Commando Forces have performed more than 300 independent operations across the country during the last Seventeen days.

Chief of staff for Mod Abdul Khaliq said,”Night operations have been successfully launched by the Afghan National security forces in different districts of the provinces in the country.”

In addition, ANA personnel members vows to defeat insurgent groups in all over the country, adding that enemies are not able to resist against Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) anymore.

NATO forces transitioned their entire combat role in Afghanistan fight to ANSF members early on January 2015 and changed their role in a Resolute Support Format to train, advice and support Afghan Security Forces for another two years.
