Kabul, Beijing To Sign Cooperation Agreements

President Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai is expected to sign several agreements of mutual cooperation with his Chinese counterpart.

President Ahmadzai has left for a four-day official visit of Beijing, capital of China, to represent Afghanistan in the Heart of Asia meeting.

On the slide side of Beijing summit, President Ahmadzai is expected to meet Chinese President, Premiere and House Speaker where President Ahmadzai is expected to sign some agreements.

According to unconfirmed reports, Kabul and Beijing will sign two agreements on economic and political areas.

As China is one of the largest economic countries in the world, the economic experts believe a good relation with China will boost Afghanistan’s economy.

So far, a number of Chinese companies have invested on mining sectors of Afghanistan.
