Suicide attack kills 6, wounds 31 in Kabul

A suicide car bombing riding a corolla vehicle exploded his explosive materials in Murad Khani area located at the vicinity of the Presidential place on Wednesday evening.
Security officials confirmed that at least 6 were killed and 31 others were wounded, adding that the dead and injured were all civilians.
Spokesman of the interior ministry, Sidiq Sidiqi confirmed the incident but had no further information regarding the incident.
Sediqqi said it is still unclear if the bomber was in fact targeting the police station.
Murad Khani district in Kabul, where the bombing took place, is full of potential targets — including the headquarters of the 2nd police district, the Finance Ministry, Defense Ministry, the presidential palace and a major religious shrine.
