Taliban lists all media outlets as ‘military targets’

Anti Government insurgents in Afghanistan have listed all media and news outlets staffs as part of their military objects, after reactions and concerns were made on the latest attack killing of 7 media workers of Moby group on Wednesday in Kabul.

An official in Ministry of Interior Affairs have urged that insurgents are trying to target correspondents, meanwhile supportive media NGOs have also confirmed that Taliban have listed members of Afghanistan journalists federation in their military objects.

Chief of counter terrorism in Ministry of Interior Affairs Amrullah Aman said,” media are doing great job, their efforts has underestimated enemies, therefore they are attacking media staffs.”

General executive of Nai Abdul Mujeeb Khavatgar said,” the fresh warning which has been made by Taliban is they have included Afghanistan journalist’s federation members in their military target list.”

Media has been doing a great job providing the real and fact stories for the Nation, after 13 years of activities they have found out that there is no security and safety while they are doing their job, based on the International documentation correspondents are counted as civilians.
