Blast targets Afghan border police in Jalalabad

A bomb fixed to an Afghan border police vehicle in Jalalabad, the provincial capital, went-off on early Thursday, officials said.
Ahmad Zia Abdul Zai, spokesman of Nangahar governor said that Gen. Muhammad Zahir and one other civilian were wounded and his driver killed in the incident.
He added that the injured were transferred to the Hospital.
Taliban group has not yet claimed responsibility behind the incident.
