Explosion killed 2 including tribal elder in Ali Negar, Laghman

A heavy explosion occurred today afternoon in front of Ali Negar district of Laghman province which killed two and injured another two.
Provincial Spokesman, Sarhadi Zwak confirmed the explosion saying, improvised explosive devices (IEDs) were placed inside a shop targeting a tribal elder, Nayaz Mohammad who was killed along with another person.
He added, anther two civilians were also injured while one of them is in an extremely critical condition.
No one yet to claim the responsibility behind the attack.
This is the third incident targeting Afghan officials today across the country, earlier this morning a bomb blast injured one civilian in Hairatan town of Balkh province and another suicide injured 3 in Kabul city.
