NUG neglected during the First 100 Days: CSOs

A number of Civil Society activists called the first 100 days of Afghan National Unity government days of negligence which resulted to lose huge opportunities for fundamental changes.

Adding; if the current situation continues, it will be difficult for the government to tackle the challenges they are facing during the upcoming five years.

Fahim Naeemi, Spokesman of Free & Fair Election Forum of Afghanistan (FEFA) criticized both the President and the CEO for violating their commitments for electoral reforms.

On the other hand they believe the government has disappointed Afghans during the first 100 days.

Experts believe if the government continues to breach the promises being made during the electoral campaigns for ensuring the security and developing the economic it will create a huge gap between the people and the government.

In the meantime, the first hundred days of government of national unity criticized on Tuesday by Afghanistan senate.
A number of senators said that violation of low, lack of coordination and differences between the two leaders caused they fail to form the new cabinet.
Some of members in Wolesi Jirga noted that national unity government did not act as its commitments and made the country face political, economic, security and social problems.
After the swearing ceremony, President Ghani has said that the new cabinet members will be introduced to the Parliament within 45 days, now 100 days passed since the formation of new government but announcement of cabinet remains unclear.
