Parliament Shuts, If Members of Cabinet Not to Be Introduced

Members of the selective committee for new members of the cabinet have demanded the Government to introduce the new member of the cabinet till the end of this week.

They have said, “Negotiations still continues among both President of Afghanistan Mohammad Ashraf Ghani and Executive chief Abdullah Abdullah to appoint the new candidate members for the Ministers posts.”

Meanwhile a number of Mps have warned if the new members of the cabinet not to be introduced till the end of coming week Parliament will shut off for days.

There are reports existed that the Former chief of National security department Mohammad Arif Sarwari will be appointed as Interior Affairs Minister.

One of the members of selective committee for new members of the cabinet Alem Balkhi said,” we hope to see the final selections of the new members for the cabinet till the end of coming week, based on the information we have the current issue will be ended soon.”

Only four days to meet the Wolesi Jirga ultimatum for introducing the new members of the cabinet, law makers have also warned that we will not cast our trust votes to those who are having dual citizenships.

Mp Abdul Qadir Zazai said,”if this time the Government doesn’t hear our voices I will demand the speaker of the house to shut the doors for some days.”

Based on the reports President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani has visited both Interior candidate Ministers and picked Mohammad Arif Sarwari as the upcoming Interior Minister.
