Provincial Councils play influential role for stability: Massoud

Ahmad Zia Massoud, special envoy of the President in reforms and good governance affairs speaking on a two day gathering for the new elected provincial council members of central provinces emphasized that it is difficult to fulfill the citizen’s requirements unless all political and economical institutions are not operating independently.
On the other hand Abdul Mateen Big, Acting Head of Independent Directorate of Local Governance said,” good representation is correlated with peace and stability, if we can represent all districts equally, it is natural we will be more stable and more secure and there will be less challenges”.
The participants of this session also emphasized that the provincial councils have key role in people relation and cooperation with government, if the government provide more facilities for councils there will be fundamental changes over all the country.
