The two officials discussed humanitarian assistance for returnees, their reintegration into society and measures to address their longer-term needs.
The meeting was chaired by Herat Governor Maulana Islam Jar and attended by the governors of Badghis, Ghor, Farah and Nimroz provinces.
The courses were conducted in Logar and Ghazni provinces during September and October 2025.
