Afghanistan surrenders Latifullah Mahsoud to Pakistan

Pakistani newspapers quoting the Pakistan officials that Latifullah Mahsoud who was arrested two years ago by U.S. forces in Logar province has been handed over to Pakistan government by Afghanistan.
Latifullah Mahsoud was one of the closest allies of Hakimullah Mahsoud who was the head of Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan.
In addition the reports suggest that there are another three Taliban members who have been surrendered to Pakistan government along with Mahsoud, but Afghan government officials have not commented in this regard so far.
According to Pakistani media reports, Latifullah Mahsoud submission is a new Afghanistan and Pakistan cooperation after President Ghani visited Islamabad on November 2014.
