Explosions, gunfire heard in Shir Poor area of Kabul, casualties unclear

It was so far unclear what had caused the blasts and the casualties are unclear.
Kabul police spokesman Hashmat Stanekzai confirmed the incident but he had no further information.
Taliban group claimed responsibility behind the attack.
The explosion followed an attack earlier today on a British embassy vehicle that killed five people including one Briton.
