Unknown Gunmen Shot Death Supreme Court Top Official in Kabul
Supreme Court spokesman Abdullah Attaei during a telephone conversation has told to Ariana News that head of the secretariat of Supreme Court Atiqullah Raufi was shot dead by unknown gunmen in Kabul city 5th police precinct Dewanbigi area early this morning at 9:00 Am.
Kabul police spokesman Hashmatullah Istanikzai has confirmed his death saying gunmen shot Mr Raufi while he was trying to ride towards his offices this morning.
He also added that Mr.Raufi has lost his life due to severe injuries on the way to Hospital.
Kabul police spokesman Istanikzai determined the location of the incident Dewanbigi area which is controlled by 5th police precinct where head of the secretariat of Supreme Court Atiqullah Raufi has been attacked.
He said,” the attackers have been capable to flee from the area after they launched the bloody attack and investigations are under way to arrest the attackers.”
Taliban has usual claimed the responsibility of the attack.
