تعداد مبتلایان به ویروس کرونا در افغانستان به ۱۰۵۸۲ نفر رسید
وزارت صحت عامه ی افعانستان اعلام نمود که در ۲۴ ساعت گذشته ۵۸۴ مورد جدید مبتلا به ویروس کرونا در کشور ثبت شد که تعداد مجموعی مبتلایان این ویروس در کشور را به ۱۰۵۸۲ نفر رساند.
توحید شکوهمند معاون سخنگوی وزارت صحت عامه گفته است که در ۲۴ ساعت گذشته در مجموع ۱۰۷۵ نمونه در لابراتوار های وزارت صحت عامه آزمایش شده اند که از این میان ۵۸۴ مورد آن مثبت تشخیص شد.
موارد ثبت شده قرار ذیل اند: ۳۲۴ مورد در ولایت کابل – ۱۰۰ مورد در ولایت هرات – ۱۷ در ولایت بلخ – ۳۵ در ولایت ننگرهار – پنج در ولایت بادغیس – ۲۲ در ولایت تخار – سه در ولایت لوگر – هشت در ولایت میدان وردک – یک در ولایت لغمان – ۲۹ در ولایت کندز – هشت در ولایت پروان – نه در ولایت بامیان – دو در ولایت جوزجان – ۱۴ در ولایت فاریاب – چهار در ولایت کنر و سه مورد در ولایت بدخشان.
آقای شکوهمند اضافه نمود که دو بیمار ویروس کرونا در ۲۴ ساعت گذشته در گذشتند که با این حساب تعداد مجموعی وفات یافتگان این ویروس در کشور به ۲۱۸ نفر رسید.
وزارت صحت همچنان اعلام نمود که ۳۵ بیمار دیگر در ۲۴ ساعت گذشته صحت یاب گردیده اند. تعداد مجموعی صحت یافتگان این ویروس در کشور حالا به ۱۰۷۵ نفر رسیده است.
این در حالی است که والی کابل خبر از برداشتن تدریجی محدودیت های قرنطین داد طوریکه بعد از عید دکان ها در ساعاتی مشخص میتوانند فعالیت داشته باشند.
وزارت صحت خاطر نشان کرد که برای مبارزه با ویروس کرونا مردم باید مقررات صحی را مراعات کنند و در خانه بمانند.

Muttaqi meets OIC deputy secretary-general to discuss expanding cooperation with Afghanistan

Afghanistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs says Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi has met with Ambassador Tariq Ali Bakheet, Deputy Secretary-General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), to discuss bilateral relations and opportunities for expanded cooperation.
According to a statement issued by the ministry, the meeting began with congratulations on the appointment of the organisation’s new secretary-general. The two sides also discussed Afghanistan’s important place in the OIC’s vision and the need for constructive engagement with the country.
The discussions covered the situation in Afghanistan and the wider region, as well as political and economic developments in regional and international countries.

Afghanistan ranks third worldwide in fatalities caused by unexploded ordnance, with large areas of the country still contaminated by landmines and explosive remnants of war, the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) has warned.
In a public message, UNAMA said the United Nations continues to seek funding for mine-clearance organizations working to remove landmines and other explosive remnants of conflict. These organizations also conduct awareness campaigns to educate communities about the dangers posed by unexploded devices.
Children are particularly vulnerable, accounting for 80 percent of all casualties caused by these explosive hazards, according to UNAMA. Many are injured or killed after encountering unexploded ordnance while playing.
The UN mission stressed that public awareness and collective action are essential to preventing further casualties and saving lives.
UNAMA urged people not to touch unfamiliar or suspicious objects and to report them immediately to the relevant authorities.
The warning highlights the continuing humanitarian consequences of decades of conflict in Afghanistan, where landmines and unexploded ammunition remain a serious threat to civilians, particularly children.
