The new seismic survey marks the second major energy exploration initiative by Uzbek companies in Afghanistan in recent years.
Muttaqi directed diplomatic missions to provide accurate and timely updates on the situation to help streamline aid delivery.
This money will go to humanitarian partners that are already carrying out relief operations on the ground.
"In total, 2,060 individuals were evacuated, and 23,100 kilograms of aid were delivered to hospitals and safe zones," the ministry said in a statement.
Putin "highly praised" North Korean soldiers fighting against Ukraine and said the two countries' relations are "special ones of trust, friendship and alliance", KCNA added.
A Qatari delegation accompanying the aid was led by Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al-Misnad, Minister of State for International Cooperation.
